It’s a wrap on the Richmond Marketing Forum and I can confirm it's all about the connections. Between a packed schedule of speed dating sessions, roundtables, keynotes, lunches and dinners, I had the opportunity to meet many inspiring people, reconnect with old friends and form new relationships. We exchanged ideas, brainstormed and shared the latest on AI and its use cases – truly energising. Some keynote highlights: 🔹 Sonja Piontek – Thank you for holding up the mirror, a powerful reminder that we are responsible for shaping our own futures and that our surroundings (= the top 10 people) play a central role in achieving our goals/dreams. 🔹 Dr. Markus Rach – Your glimpse into the future was both thought-provoking and slightly terrifying (in the best way). Can’t wait to see when those red shoes 👠 arrive! 🔹 Maria von Scheel-Plessen – Fascinating to see how Gucci is pioneering personalisation, even experimenting with a 'second in-house CEO' powered by AI. It’s not the norm just yet, but it’s definitely a glimpse of what’s to come, let's embrace it. 🔹Sorin Patilinet – Loved your refreshingly take on marketing effectiveness. Let's make sure that Marketing and Branding gets a set at the board-table. Good Luck with your new book launch! 🔹 Christine Janosa– Thank you for leading such a thoughtful roundtable on AI implementation. A great reminder that it’s not about the tools , it’s about the use cases.
