After 15+ years in the BPO, Financial Services, and Background Verification (BGV) sectors, if there is one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: Operational excellence is nothing without strong client relationships. 💡 Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of managing high-priority portfolios for marquee corporate partners like multinational industry top 100 companies. Whether it is overseeing end-to-end BGV processes, clearing complex discrepancy cases, or ensuring 100% compliance with strict Turnaround Times (TAT), the core goal always remains the same: delivering seamless, trustworthy, and efficient service.
