Last Monday, June 2nd, we had the privilege of hosting Dr. Ismail Esin , Managing Partner at Esin Avukatlık Ortaklığı, as the closing guest lecturer of our Mergers & Acquisitions: Creating Value Through Deals course at Sabancı Business School, taught by Professor Serif Aziz Simsir . Dr. Esin brought a rare combination of depth and breadth to the room, drawing on over 34 years of deal experience in Turkey and internationally, and sharing candid, practitioner-level insights on how M&A transactions actually unfold from a legal perspective. For our Executive MBA, Professional MBA, MBA, and Master's in Finance students, this was an invaluable opportunity to hear firsthand how legal expertise shapes deal outcomes, from valuation and structuring to closing and beyond.
