I am honoured to share that I have officially completed my Doctor of Management (DM) and can now proudly be called Dr. Saad Sahil 🎓 This has been a deeply meaningful journey for me. My doctoral research focused on the challenges and opportunities in teacher development during COVID-19 in Pakistan. It was built around a question that has stayed close to my heart: 💡 How do we continue helping teachers grow when schools and systems are facing a crisis? The journey gave me even deeper insight into what teachers and school leaders went through during those difficult years. More importantly, it strengthened my belief that supporting teachers is one of the most important investments any education system can make. I am grateful to everyone who supported, guided, and believed in this journey. This milestone is not just a title. It is a bigger responsibility to keep improving schools, teacher development, and learning systems at scale. Excited for what comes next. Dr. Saad Sahil 🎓
