Yet another Composite Super Structure (CSS) using Saab's unique technology has been delivered according to contract. The delivery on June 27th is the first of six composite superstructures and masts for the Republic of Singapore Navy's new Multi Role Combat Vessel (MRCV). Saab, together with Penguin Shipyard in Singapore, are proud to be selected as partners for this new class of naval vessels. By integrating composite superstructures into naval ships, our customers benefit from advantages such as low weight, decreased radar cross-section, and reduced life-cycle costs. - Daniel Oscarsson, Head of Saab Business unit Surface Ships.
