We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Le Blanc as our new Chief Information Officer and General Manager of Technology. Bill brings more than 30 years’ experience leading technology functions across critical infrastructure, healthcare, higher education and utilities, and in his role, will lead our technology strategy. This includes digital transformation and cyber security functions, supporting reliable service delivery and long-term business performance, and overseeing major programs to modernise systems across operations, customer services and asset management. He will also lead the renewal of key operational technologies that support our water and wastewater networks. Bill said our role delivering an essential service strongly aligns with his values. “At this stage of my career, purpose matters,” he said. “Water is one of the most fundamental services we provide as a society, and the opportunity to contribute to that mission is incredibly rewarding.” Welcome to the role, Bill.
