Saudi Arabia's transformative Diriyah development has reached another major milestone with the award of a SAR 2.7 billion (US$727 million) construction contract for the prestigious Waldorf Astoria Superblock to a joint venture between Hassan Allam Construction Saudi and UCC Saudi (UCC Holding). The mixed-use superblock will feature: ✔️ 200-key Waldorf Astoria luxury hotel ✔️ 47 branded residences ✔️ Premium commercial and residential facilities ✔️ Prime office space within Diriyah Gate 2 This landmark project further strengthens Diriyah's position as one of the world's most ambitious cultural, tourism, hospitality, and lifestyle destinations under Saudi Vision 2030.
