As a Sales Assistant in our Food & Beverage Division, Franziska Bischoff plays a key role in supporting our sales and project management teams throughout the quotation and order phases. Her focus? Making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes with accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail. What matters most to her is teamwork: "In my role at Rychiger, it is especially important that we work as a team and present ourselves as one." Franziska's journey with Rychiger began back in 1996, when she worked in sales at what was then Hans Rychiger AG. After gaining valuable experience as an executive assistant for a Swiss sports association and taking time to focus on her family, she returned to Rychiger in 2019, truly a case of back to the roots. In 2023, she celebrated her 10-year company anniversary. 💧 Fun fact: Water is her element. As a former synchronized swimmer and competition judge, she knows that success depends on technique, precision, and dedication. Swimming remains her favorite hobby to this day.
