Since the last time I put out a post like this, our team at Medical School HQ has seen remarkable growth. 2026 is already shaping up to be our strongest year yet! To stay ahead of that growth, I’m reaching out to my network again! We’re looking to add another experienced medical school admissions professional to our advising team—ideally a current or former Director of Admissions, Associate Dean, or someone with similar admissions leadership experience. Why now? Our advisors are consistently in high demand. Students find us through the extensive free resources we offer, and many choose to work 1-on-1 with our advising team for more personalized support. We grew our team by one full-time and two part-time advisors in early 2025 and thanks to the volume of students coming in, they reached near-capacity in just a few weeks. The right person will be passionate about guiding students through every aspect of the medical school application—from crafting impactful essays to interview preparation to providing thoughtful, ethical guidance throughout the process.
