If your business still uses QuickBooks Desktop, it is time to start thinking about a move to QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop is being phased out, and waiting until something stops working is not the best way to deal with the change. For many businesses, QuickBooks Online can make things easier. Your books are easier to access, your accountant can see current information, and your team is less tied to file transfers, backups, or one specific computer. Before making the switch, it helps to take a look at how your business is using QuickBooks now: your file, payroll setup, reports, users, integrations, and anything that might need to be cleaned up first.
