RXR, alongside Hudson Bay Capital Management LP, sold a Flatiron District commercial condo at 620 Avenue of the Americas to the Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds for about $22.1 million. The deal includes roughly 14,400 square feet on the ground floor and about 4,500 square feet of mezzanine space, as 32BJ expands its footprint and presence in the building. https://lnkd.in/eaYc3Fhy
