Our very own Lauren Cordwell, CEO, RWAV, was pleased to attend a recent GP event in Bendigo, hosted by the RACGP, connecting with doctors who live and work in the Bendigo. Discussions focused on key priorities for rural general practice, including recruitment and retention, supporting care in smaller country towns, and creating more local professional development opportunities. Lauren also had the opportunity to meet with Dr Anita Munoz, GP and Chair RACGP Victoria, and Mrs Gaelle Broad, Member for Northern Victoria, continuing important conversations on strengthening general practice across regional Victoria. RWAV looks forward to building on these conversations towards strengthening General Practise in the region.
