Today, a delegation from the Kenya Defence Forces’ Defence Relations Office led by Col Samuel Otieno OLANDO paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Defence, Hon. Juvenal MARIZAMUNDA, at the Ministry of Defence in Kimihurura. The delegation is in Rwanda from 13 - 17 April 2026 for a benchmarking visit aimed at strengthening the existing defence cooperation between Rwanda and Kenya. Hon. MARIZAMUNDA commended the strong and longstanding defence cooperation between Rwanda and Kenya, reaffirming Rwanda’s commitment to further strengthen the brotherly ties between the two countries’ Defence Forces across all areas of mutual interest.
