“FROM POSTROOM TO AFTER PARTY” I am utterly blown away that the one and only Diane McArter nominated me as her ‘innovator counterpart’ for this year’s shots Cannes Edition. Aptly titled ‘holding a torch for talent’, Di’s article is a wonderful celebration of her dedication to lifting up those around her, I am so grateful to be standing on Di’s shoulders like countless others have before me. Add on top of that the fact that the one and only Sir John Hegarty agreed to my ridiculous idea that the image for the article should be him pushing me along on a mail trolley, a full circle journey back to my first ever job in the postroom of BBH London aged 17… and you’ll begin to understand why I have been pinching myself like I’m existing in some kind of fever dream for the last couple of weeks.
