International OEMs miss visits to Israeli suppliers for a hundred reasons. Travel restrictions. Calendar conflicts. The trip costs more than the issue seems to warrant. The supplier "sounded fine" on the call. The visit is skipped. The next milestone passes without incident. The skip becomes routine. Then six months later, an AOG situation surfaces a problem nobody flagged - because nobody was looking. A site visit is not a status meeting on premises. It's the only mechanism by which the client sees what the supplier doesn't volunteer: → What's actually loaded on the machines this week → Which work orders are sitting waiting for material → Which inspection reports are sitting waiting for sign-off → What the production floor is quietly working around A missed visit doesn't show up in the budget. It shows up in the recovery cost six months later, and by then it's not a line item anyone tracks back to the decision that caused it. #Aerospace #SupplyChain #SupplierManagement
