Last week, I attended #ESGEDays2026, a great opportunity for scientific exchange and professional growth. ✨ During the meeting, I presented the results of a prospective comparative study on transduodenal versus transgastric #EUSGBD, focusing on the efficacy and safety of the two access routes. 🔬 I also had the opportunity to participate in the consensus meeting on EUS-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA), led by Matteo Tacelli and Andrea Lisotti , discussing current evidence and future perspectives in this evolving field.
