So many important things to post at once, should start to work more on my "LinkedIn game"! 👀 Year 2 in the SB EMEA "Pool" business, began with bold ambitions and a clear mission (and a promise of a T-Shirt). The team kicked off the year with strong momentum from FY25's successes, a lot of new team members joining across region with the commitment to customer success, learning, and enjoying the journey together. One of key reasons of our success was our OneTeam approach across all the functions towards our Customers & Partners, Learning & Development, Celebration of Wins (and learnings!) and all regions working #together. As we've said all year: "Success is the product of daily habits—not once-in-a-lifetime transformations." Thank you James Clear! Right after finishing the year, starting fast in our Company Kick-off @ Las Vegas with all the narrative going around that "SaaS/Software is dead", it was pretty enlighting to hear from Marc Benioff about his vision, point of view and how CONTEXT is key in this Agentic era, seeing the innovation across Agents, Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, Commerce, Integration, Data Cloud and more, how Slack has the opportunity to be the agentic operating system, hearing from several customers live about their experiences and how this is a huge opportunity for SMB's worldwide to level the playing field, was pretty amazing. 🤖 Let's do it again, FY27 🚀
