Nevila Dudaj’s Advice After 20 Years of Experience: “Lead by Example” By Rudina Hoxha & Jose Pinto For 20 years, Nevila Dudaj has been the representative of the 64 years old Hotel – Hotel Adriatik Durres in Durrës, the icon of Albanian Tourism & Hospitality, and one of the most architecturally admired buildings during Communism times. An experienced entrepreneur for more than 20 years, she has managed successfully in different fields, like real estate, marketing, sales, beauty business, and as a hospitality professional. From US where Dudaj was working, she gave an exclusive interview to TRAILBLAZING MAGAZINE to depict the 20-year journey running two businesses at the same time, almost 5,000 miles apart, Adriatik Hotel in Albania, and Adriatik Tours LLC in the US while sharing with our readers the new added amenities and facilities in the Hotel, one of which a Casino by the end of this year. “Making my guests happy, drives me in my work. I love what I do. Passion is the key ingredient for success,” Dudaj says in this exclusive interview. In the meantime the last piece of news that Dudaj wanted to share with the TRAILBLAZING MAGAZINE readers was that starting from December 1st, a Casino will be operating on the Top Floor of Adriatik Hotel, while they signed the Agreement with Best Western International. Best Western® Hotels & Resorts Southeastern Europe announced recently that it is proud to announce the expansion of the Best Western Hotels & Resorts in Albania. Adriatik Hotel in Durres is the second member of the chain in the country.
