A question we hear often: Does customer context need to be real-time? For many use cases, no. What matters is that context is fresh enough for the use case and served on demand at inference time. Assembly can happen fast enough to keep data current without requiring a fully real-time pipeline. What's non-negotiable is governance. Context that reaches your AI needs to be clean, identity-resolved, and compliant before it gets there, not cleaned up after the fact. We wrote about the architecture that makes this work reliably.
