Meet Petr Galgonek, Digital Specialist, whose journey is a great example of how early responsibility and the right mindset can shape a career from the very beginning. Joining Rubix straight from school into a newly created role, Petr has played a key part in building and evolving digital capabilities locally — taking ownership and driving change from day one.
