As we round off this year’s Spotlight series, we’re back in the UK to share one final story from across our Rubix network. Meet Harry W., Insite Manager, whose journey began as an apprentice and quickly evolved into a role with real responsibility and impact. From day one, Harry was drawn to the fast-paced, customer-facing nature of working on-site - becoming a key part of keeping operations running smoothly in real time. Since stepping into his management role, Harry has continued to build his reputation through adaptability, strong relationships, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving - showing how early opportunities can turn into long-term career progression.
