Product Manager Efficiency, Safety & Valve Technology at Aalberts Hydronic Flow Control
Last week marked the end of an important chapter: the completion of my Aalberts N.V. Traineeship. Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have had; working on diverse projects, collaborating with inspiring colleagues, and learning from experienced professionals across the organization. This traineeship has allowed me to explore the different business units and departments of Aalberts. Specifically, I was able to gain valuable experience in Business Transformation, People & Culture, Commercial Finance, and Finance. Also, I specifically want to thank my managers from the different projects: Menno Wolf, Suzanne Verzijden, James Tate, and Ronnie van den Belt for their guidance. Finally, I would also like to thank Mariëlle Naarsing for her continuous support throughout the traineeship. All your coaching and feedback has played a big role in shaping my professional growth during the last two years. At the same time, the end of my traineeship also marks the beginning of a new chapter. I am excited to share that I have started in my new role as 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 at Aalberts hydronic flow control, responsible for the technology line Efficiency, Safety, & Valve Technology. I look forward to continue to grow in this new role!
