Scott McNamara is “petrified” of sharks. But that didn’t stop the former Army medic, who now works for NSW Ambulance, from diving into the Georges River to save two young boys after a jet ski accident. “When I arrived on the scene, I immediately looked for any nearby fishing boats or surfboards I could commandeer. There weren’t any,” he says. “I asked where the boys were located. Someone pointed them out in the distance. I was shocked by how far out they were. “I asked one of the cops on scene when the water police were coming. He said they were still on their way. So I decided to swim out, alongside one of the police officers.” Click here to learn what happened next: https://lnkd.in/gQiyrgcY
