At RSL LifeCare, we believe in supporting our clinical teams to learn and grow through ongoing development opportunities. We recently held a workshop that provided a valuable opportunity for our Clinical Care Managers to build leadership skills, learn from one another, and grow together. It also helped strengthen connections among themselves and reinforced a shared sense of purpose. Everyone gained new ideas and perspectives, and walked away with something meaningful from the experience.
