The best part of sales isn’t the numbers… it’s the lives you help change. Since stepping into the Casting Manager role a few months ago, I’ve had the privilege of hearing incredible stories and helping inspirational people bring their journeys to television. There’s something truly special about guiding someone through that process, watching them light up when they realize their voice is about to reach a much wider audience. I get just as excited as they do. And when they take the time to share how the experience impacted them? That hits different. Of course, sales brings its own thrills: crushing targets, climbing the leaderboard, enjoying the freedom that comes with it. But for me, the deepest satisfaction comes from knowing we’re adding real value, solving problems, and creating meaningful change in someone’s life. Yesterday’s feedback was a perfect reminder of exactly that. We all chase different wins in this game.
