👏👏👏#Excellence For Finance : a day of Celebration at Orange ! On June 26th we celebrated the end of an exceptional journey for the 34 participants in the latest class of Excellence For Finance , our skills development program for Orange’s top managers and Finance experts. After 9 months work under the guidance of our partner ESCP Fabien De Geuser Cecile Miranda Karine MAXENCE-AMAR @Aurelie lever, the participants from 10 countries gathered at Bridge , Orange Headquarters to present their action projects. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟5 groups, 5 topics,6 sponsors (Daniel BENOIT Corentin Maigné Clarisse HERIARD DUBREUIL Adela Guédon Rozen Lamassoure ) worked on the following topics : 🌟How can we strengthen the attractiveness of Finance and Performance within the Group (central controlling , consolidation .. eg) 🌟How can we transform the various benchmarking exercises into a more action oriented process ? 🌟how can we drastically reduce the length and complexity of our budget processes ? 🌟How to adapt our management control system and organisation to maximise performance on our infrastructure 🌟What skills and competencies will be needed for the finance teams in 2030 ?
