ANZ-Roy Morgan Consumer Confidence was up 3.5 points to 62.3 this week after the Albanese Government cut the fuel excise by over 25 cents per litre early last week with more confidence across all five indicators driving the small improvement. Consumer Confidence is a large 24.5pts lower than a year ago, March 31-April 6, 2025 (86.8), and now 12pts below the 2026 weekly average of 74.3. 🔗 Read more: https://lnkd.in/g7atADer #ConsumerConfidence #australianeconomy
