Consumer preferences are changing rapidly, with people choosing different beverages for different occasions - from alcohol-free beers and craft brews to soft drinks. As a result, variety is no longer the exception. It has become the expectation. More variety means more product changeovers on our production lines. And that requires us to switch faster, plan smarter, and continuously balance efficiency with flexibility. That is exactly why we launched the 'Conversion champions' project ('Ombouwkampioen' in Dutch). With this initiative, colleagues in our bottling department work together to make changeovers shorter, smoother, and smarter. Not only by improving processes, but especially by sharing knowledge, learning from each other, and embracing a mindset of continuous improvement. What makes this project special is that the biggest impact comes from collaboration. Every improvement, no matter how small, helps us become more agile and better equipped to meet the changing needs of our consumers.
