This International Women’s Day we recognise and celebrate the past and present generation of women in healthcare, and the role visibility plays in inspiring the next cohort. Recently, road crews from our Echuca base visited Girls on the Rize for an interactive session about careers in healthcare. Here the group of girls had the opportunity to meet our team, ask great questions, and discover what it takes to deliver lifesaving care in their communities. By opening doors, creating opportunities, and sharing real experiences and pathways, we hope to inspire more young girls to see themselves in careers in healthcare.
