As a qualified pilot, with experience in engineering and flight operations, Mercedes brings a deep understanding of the technical environment our teams work within. In her role, she translates complex aviation requirements into clear, practical training and documentation for our engineers and pilots. She also works closely with our technical operations teams to streamline processes, update manuals, improve workflows and ensure our aircraft remain compliant and ready to fly when Queenslanders need us most.
