We're pleased to announce that Rovensa Next will be distributing Novonesis’ Biosolutions for Plant Health in the United States as of the 2027 growing season. Rovensa Next will be taking direct sales responsibilities for the distribution of products for soybeans, corn, pulses, and peanuts, including Optimize®, NodPro®, Torque®, Ratchet®, BioniQ®, TagTeam®, QuickRoots®, Cell-Tech® and JumpStart®. In addition, Actinovate®, its product for specialty crops, including fruit and vegetables, will be distributed by Rovensa Next alongside our biocontrol portfolio. The combination of Novonesis' industry-leading microbial innovations with Rovensa Next's broad biosolutions portfolio and market outreach will create a more comprehensive product portfolio for growers, from planting through to post-harvest. Together, we can help growers access proven, easy-to-use solutions that support productivity, increase crop resilience and boost return on investment. Rovensa Next, as a pure-play biosolutions ag-input company, has significantly strengthened its presence in the United States, which is now its third-largest market by revenue. The agreement also highlights the value of an emerging collaboration model in the biologicals space.
