سلام و عرض ادب خدمت همراهان فرهیخته در سال های 1365الی 1367 در دانشگاه آزاد اراک افتخار شاگردی دکتر علی اکبر فرهنگی را داشتم.  ایشان فوق دکترای ارتباطات سازمانی از دانشکده ارتباطات دانشگاه اوهایو آمریکا و از اساتید آن دانشگاه بودند و به یقین یکی از چهره های ماندگار ایران زمین هستند. برای ایشان و خانواده محترم شان آرزوی سلامتی، شادی و سرافرازی دارم. یکی از شیوه های آموزشی که ایشان بکار می بردند، مطالعه موردی با هدف آموزش کارگروهی در تجزیه و تحلیل و اتخاذ تصمیم در موقعیت های مختلف سازمانی بود. تحلیل فیلم آموزشی تحت عنوان "چتر خود را خودتان باز کنید" یکی از موارد متعددی بود که برای آموزش در نظر گرفته بودند. با یادآوری این خاطره و با الهام از موضوع فیلم ذکر شده، تصمیم گرفتم از جمله کوتاه "فرهنگ سازمانی خودتان را بسازید" برای جلب توجه مخاطبین به چکیده مقاله ارائه شده، بهره بگیرم. Greetings and best wishes to my learned companions. From 1986 to 1988, I had the honor of being a student of Dr. Ali Akbar Farhangi at Arak Azad University. He was a postdoctoral fellow in organizational communication from the School of Communication at Ohio University, USA, and a professor at that university. He is certainly one of the enduring figures of Iran. I wish him and his esteemed family health, happiness, and pride. One of the teaching methods he used was case studies with the aim of training the working group in analyzing and making decisions in various organizational situations. Analysis of the educational film entitled "Open Your Own Umbrella" was one of the many items he considered for training. Recalling this memory and inspired by the theme of the aforementioned film, I decided to use the short phrase "Make your own organizational culture" to draw the audience's attention to the abstract of the presented article.
