"One of the most transformative experiences of my life and my career." That's how Orlando Catalán (International Full-time MBA Class of 2022) describes his time at RSM. Originally from Chile, Orlando was drawn to RSM as our mission for being a force for positive change aligned perfectly with how he views leadership. "Creating value, but also making a positive impact on people and society." 🌎 The Living Management Project was a major highlight of the programme for Orlando, and he especially found the support from our faculty to be exceptional, facilitating discussions and conversations that challenged the traditional thinking of how we do business. 💡 The city of Rotterdam also changed the environment Orlando wanted to further grow his career in. "I wanted to come back to Latin America because I feel more at home, but I wanted a big city with a lot of energy, just like Rotterdam." Feeling inspired by the modern, diverse and bustling culture of 'Manhattan aan de Maas', he found his way to green and vibrant Mexico City, where he is now a payment product director at Santander.
