Congratulations to Dr Anna Priante, who received a Community for Learning & Innovation (CLI) Fellowship from Erasmus University Rotterdam! Over the next two years, she will develop and test an inclusive teamwork toolkit designed to help students and instructors navigate the complexities of diverse team dynamics. The toolkit will give students and instructors practical, research-backed tools to recognise non-inclusive behaviour, strengthen belonging, and improve team dynamics.
