CEO & Co-Founder at Wild Bioscience
We’ve officially raised our Series A at Wild Bio! I’m still processing the surreal moment of seeing Larry Ellison on stage (linked below), sharing with the world why he and his institute are excited to invest in the company that I’ve poured so much of myself into over the years: “We could actually increase the food yield while lowering the CO2. This is what I mean by ‘AI is a pretty amazing tool’. There are a lot of things - a lot of problems - we can tackle that we’ve been unable to solve for a very, very long time” It’s hard to believe it’s nearly a decade since Steven Kelly and I first met and began working on this. When our research started to show real promise, we founded Wild Bio to get our science out of the lab and into the wider world where it could make a real difference. This Series A marks an enormous milestone for us, for me. It’s an endorsement of the extraordinary group effort that brought us here – my deepest thanks go to the entire Wild Bioscience team for their relentless courage, curiosity, and community spirit. It’s also a brilliant launchpad for what’s ahead. With this visionary support, we can dream bigger and build faster than ever before. Press release below, and keynote in the comments.
