Lockdown Linkedin - images from our archive. This portrait is of Kyle Dunbar in the Ice Cream Dairy at Mackie’s of Scotland. It is one from a series commissioned by Karin Hayhow, one of the late Maitland Mackie’s daughters. We portrayed every member of staff at Mackie's farm near Inverurie, their jobs range from administration to cattleman & working in the ’sweetie kitchen’. The portraits are accompanied with texts from each sitter talking about themselves & their work… Kyle has a tattoo that says ‘Why tiptoe through life to arrive safely at death’. Karin & her siblings, Mac & Kirstin, are an absolute joy to work with… in fact everyone at the farm was great fun. Although Mackie’s is one of Scotland’s leading businesses it is by no means a dull place to work. It has a relaxed, family-like atmosphere & is committed to green policies proving that world-class products can be produced in a fun & caring way. See the portraits at https://lnkd.in/dczRn9X & https://lnkd.in/dZmTiHP The portraits are being used on the Mackie’s website & for PR, we will post more from the series this week. #portrait #portraiture #environmentalportrait #environmentalphotography #photography #MackiesofScotland #Mackies #familybusiness
