✨ From Vision to Reality   Two weeks ago, we had the privilege of bringing together our future leadership Team and key stakeholders for the official presentation of the positioning of Rosewood Rome.   It was much more than a presentation - It was an opportunity to share a vision, align around our purpose, and begin shaping the culture, guest experience, and sense of place that will define this extraordinary hotel.   As we move closer to opening, moments like these remind us that great hotels are built not only with beautiful spaces, but with passionate people united by a common ambition.   A special Thank You to Luca Finardi, Friedrich von Schönburg, Maria Elkaer, Simon Gilkes, and Brad Mumford, for your guidance, expertise, and partnership throughout this journey.
