This Pride Month, under our theme, Pride in People & Place, we celebrate the voices, experiences, and contributions of our Rosewood Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG) community — a global network of more than 120 members whose initiatives and activities reach over 2,000 associates around the world each year. For many, Pride represents authenticity, community, connection, and the opportunity to be seen, valued, and respected for who they are. Through the stories shared by our associates, we continue to learn, grow, and strengthen the culture of belonging that makes Rosewood a community. To amplify these voices, we are launching our first-ever Pride Podcast Series, featuring conversations with Pride ERG members, Executive Sponsors, property leaders, and allies from across our global community.
