A change of perspective often starts with leaving familiar ground. ⛵ This year’s Kevätretki took our Nextrom colleagues to the Helsinki archipelago for a spring outing on a traditional wooden sailing ship. Between sea breeze, shared conversations and time away from daily routines, the day offered space to connect, recharge and enjoy being together as a team. Some colleagues even took an active role on board, helping to hoist the sails and steer the ship.
