Natacha Lucchi, DE&I and Organization Development Manager at Roquette, said, “I’m proud of the progress we’ve made on our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) journey. We have achieved a lot in setting the framework since 2019 and activating a DE&I culture throughout our sites.”  ✨ We’re also celebrating a new milestone. Roquette has signed the Romanian Diversity Charter, reinforcing our company-wide commitment to inclusion and belonging. This commitment comes with clear action:   •  Promoting fairness and equal opportunities   •  Building awareness and inclusive leadership    •  Tracking progress and driving continuous improvement    •  Working towards 40% women in management by 2030 📝 In Spain, we reaffirmed our support to the Diversity Charter and proudly endorsed the revised local Equity Plan. This updated plan details concrete actions to promote gender equity and prevent all forms of discrimination. By embracing the principle of equal opportunity for success, we are also advancing digital accessibility. We are investing in and aiming at continuously improving our digital platforms to benefit all users. Building on previous initiatives, we are providing education and resources to support workforce inclusion for people with disabilities. At Roquette, we continue to foster an environment that promotes a sense of belonging and provides equitable opportunities.
