When a ROPE coach first shows up on a rig, the crew already has him figured out. He's here to catch you doing something wrong and report it up the chain.   Haden Gray, a rig manager with twelve years on the floor, told us that's exactly what his crew believed before we got there.   “Before ROPE showed up, all these guys were out to get you.
