Senior Manager Corporate Strategy | Rohde & Schwarz
I am starting a new chapter with gratitude and excitement. Looking back on nine years at Deloitte, what I value most is the collaboration with so many different and inspiring colleagues across the firm. My home base was Monitor Deloitte, where I grew into the role of a strategist and team lead. Through secondments in São Paulo, Amsterdam and the Deloitte Garage, I experienced the firm from different perspectives and worked across cultures, disciplines and ways of thinking. These experiences shaped how I approach complex situations and communicate effectively in diverse contexts. I am thankful for the clients who placed their trust in our teams and made this journey so rewarding. Together, we worked on topics ranging from strategy development to large-scale transformation across a broad set of industries. I was particularly engaged in challenges that combined strategic thinking with practical implementation and a strong tech dimension. In recent years, I contributed to cross-functional initiatives like the KI Park ecosystem and Deloitte’s Future of Ukraine program, supporting the firm’s positioning on innovation and forward-looking relevance while engaging with topics that connected business with broader societal responsibility. Building on my passion for strategy and technology, I am now joining the corporate strategy team at Rohde & Schwarz, a family-owned global technology leader with bold ambitions and a long-term perspective. I am excited to contribute to strategic work that supports the company’s direction, and to join a great team of colleagues who are already shaping the future of this remarkable organization.
