So much talent in one room 🤩. On Monday we welcomed 30 thesis students to Inter IKEA Group in Sweden. The day started in the IKEA Museum with an introduction to our culture and values, followed by a crash course at IKEA of Sweden about our core businesses Range and Supply. The afternoon was spent meeting with their new mentors and teams. My favourite moment of the day was the ‘round the table’ during fika. The variety of interesting thesis topics is just WOW! 🚀 Many thanks to Fredrika Inger for visiting during lunch and sharing her personal journey: from thesis student to Managing Director. So much room to grow in IKEA 💙💛. Best of luck to all the amazing students!
