🧩 Solving the "Too Many Tools" Problem in EdTech UX. One of the biggest frustrations in online learning is "app fatigue." When students and teachers have to jump between a video conferencing app, a separate digital whiteboard, and a third app for scheduling and chats, focus is lost, and classes become chaotic. Our goal for a recent European EdTech project was simple: eliminate the friction. We designed an all-in-one virtual classroom that keeps everyone in the same window. Here is how we unified the user experience: 🔑 One-Click Access: We implemented Single Sign-On so users can securely join their classroom with a single tap—no more lost links or multiple passwords. 🖍️ Integrated Interactive Whiteboard: Built natively into the platform, allowing teachers and students to draw and collaborate in real time without leaving the video call. 💬 Built-in Engagement: We added in-class chats, breakout rooms, emoji reactions, and quick polls directly into the interface to keep students actively participating. 📅 Smart Scheduling: A centralized dashboard handles timezone adjustments automatically and sends push notifications to reduce missed lessons. Good design solves real business problems. By fixing the fragmented UX, we didn't just make the app look better; we directly impacted the client's metrics, reducing class no-shows by up to 27%. Have you ever experienced "app fatigue" in your workflow or studies? How do you deal with it?
