Celebrating summer, team spirit, and community ☀️ Over the past two weeks, we had the pleasure of bringing colleagues, families, partners, and friends together at our summer parties in Germany and Switzerland. Both events were a wonderful opportunity to step away from daily routines, connect with one another, and celebrate what makes our company special: our people. In Forst, employees proudly opened the doors of our operations, giving families and friends a behind-the-scenes look at the journey of our products – from raw aluminum and foundry processes to machining, painting, finishing, and logistics. These insights highlighted the expertise, dedication, and teamwork that drive our success every day. In Härkingen, colleagues gathered for a relaxed summer evening filled with great conversations, excellent food, and the chance to strengthen connections across teams. Events like these remind us that strong relationships and personal exchanges are just as important as our daily work and demonstrate the values that define us: collaboration, engagement, appreciation, and the joy of sharing our work with others.
