L'Osservatore Romano è una delle tre fonti ufficiali di diffusione delle notizie riguardanti la Santa Sede, insieme alla Radio Vaticana e al Centro Televisivo Vaticano. 🇬🇧 ON THIS DAY IN ROME On July 1st 1861 the first issue of the Roman Observer, the newspaper of the Papal State, was published, with its original headquarters in Piazzetta dei Crociferi. The Roman Observer is one of the three official sources for the diffusion of news about the Holy See, together with Vatican Radio and the Vatican Television Center.
