"Project Goal: Offering the best and most joyful coffee in the Rhine Valley" Kurt and I had big ambitions nine years ago. I'll leave the assessment of the quality of our offering to others, but what I can say is that the Granville project has given me immense joy. There is no doubt about it. I found this document on an old USB stick last night. It made me smile. The fact that it took two years from the initial, naive project plan to the first cup of coffee shows that this wasn't just a silly idea conceived during a drunken Friday night. We turned our wildest imagination into reality and pushed it even beyond. What really amuses me is my name in the "Project Manager" line... whose stupid idea was that? #portfoliohuman #highambition
