Four days of intense exchanges are wrapping up with the UITP bus committee. Our first stop took us to Valais to benchmark our visions against real-world operations. At the Buchard Atelier-Carrosserie Bus&Cars workshops, this family business shared its daily maintenance and coach operating challenges. Their projects to capture field experience using artificial intelligence show that agility does not depend on company size. Thanks to Michaël Buchard and François Buchard for the cheese's work 😅 The next day, visiting the brand-new Sion depot confirmed this standard. The teams there maintain an extremely high level of operational quality. The trip concluded on the Derborence route, the most demanding line in Switzerland, guided by outstanding professionals like David and Josy. After this journey, the vice-president of the city of Sion, Christian Bitschnau, joined us to present the city's strategic mobility visions. Thank you to François C. and Delphine Mery. PostBus demonstrated its operational discipline and capacity to manage complex networks during these two days. Ruedi Henke, Stefan Regli, Mark Hugelshofer
