It was Albert Einstein that once famously said, "I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious."   This is what comes to mind when I think about the power of bringing people together as a source of inspiration. Being passionately curious leads to new perspective, fresh thinking, and impactful ideas.    That's why Mars Petcare Canada was grateful to have welcomed Mars Petcare's Global President, Marc Carena, alongside Global CFO, Gabriel Millan, and Mars Pet Nutrition's Global President, Ikdeep Singh last week to Canada. As I reflect on our time spent together, it reminded me of the importance of spending time as a team to discuss ways we can show up fully as Mars Petcare to support our loving pets and pet parents around the world.  With good intent, we can often get so focused on the doing, that we forget to take a moment to observe and ask questions. Taking time to pause, brainstorm, and be passionately curious, allows us all to explore how every step of the pet parent journey, from nutrition, to health and veterinary services, feels connected and seamless.    I am proud and thankful this team came together to do just that.
