This week we celebrated the opening of a new Logistics Operations Center at our Power Systems facility in Mankato, Minnesota, completing a $24 million investment in American manufacturing and energy resiliency. The expansion will more than double production of mtu Series 4000 generator sets and create more than 100 local high-skill jobs, reinforcing our commitment to building advanced technologies in America for the Americas. Rolls-Royce has played an important part of the American industrial story for more than a century. In the last ten years, we’ve invested more than $1.5 billion to modernize and grow our facilities and prepare for next generation demands – from complex propulsion systems to the large-scale backup power systems we produce in Mankato.
